Sorry that I didn’t post anything on Sunday. For some reason this week has been more stressful than other weeks. There are so many deadlines and projects that I have to make, and it’s very overwhelming. All of this stress causes me to give up everything and just go to bed and lay there for the rest of the day. I wish that I could do that every time I feel stressed. However, life still goes on, for better or worse.
I really shouldn’t complain about it. Stress is normal and there are worse things in life than stress. But, I’ve noticed that I’ve been slacking off of my work the past couple of weeks. I feel very unmotivated these past couple of weeks. I’m not the most driven person in the world, I like to finish things as fast as I can and as well as I can, which is mediocre at best. But lately, I have to admit that I haven’t done anything productive at all this entire week.
I need structure to be more productive. For a while, I actually had that, but over time I’ve lost it. I need a new way to be more productive instead of getting distracted, but honestly, I don’t know how to do that.
I already know that I need to reduce my screen time and I have to get to bed earlier and wake up earlier. Maybe I should turn this into a series?
What do you do to be more productive? I really need some tips.
